I could but the green led gives me comfort. That is after I put a light-dim on it.
As I said, my current system is very stable so there's not so much motivation.

I like to fiddle with stuff so I don't need much motivation to tinker. Been playing around with HomeAssistant a lot lately.

I've been setting up a new vSphere home lab with a couple of Dell Optiplex Micro's. Running HomeAssistant in a VM and passthrough for the dongles.
I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure you could sue her for that kind of narrow-minded attitude. ![]()

It's funny - wife is generally an HA complainer. Then when I said I wanted to send one of our hubs in to get the antenna fix and we'd be un-automated for a few days, she's like "No - you can't do that, it would break everything." 
I don't even ask anymore I just do it and typically it's not a big deal.
