I think a very useful feature would be a “Smart Off” which turns off a device only if that rule was the last one to turn it on.
Use case: I have some low voltage lighting that surrounds my house. With Hubitat, it turns on when I turn on my front lights, my back lights, or my back motion sensor trigger (to act as a security light).
The problem is that when I turn it off in one zone it will turn off all around, even if I don’t want it to. For instance, a motion sensor might trigger my security lights to turn on. When the 5 minute timer is finished, it will turn off the low voltage also, and then my front low voltage will turn off as well. I’m sure this isn’t the only use case.
The idea is “Turn it off only if I turned it on."
