Smart blinds

This may not be the right place to post this but the manufacturer's not helping. I just bought second hand fastlink tuya and in the installation manual it says hub not included so does that mean I need the hub from tuya model m100 pro. I tried calling tuya lousy tech support with no help.

It does not say anywhere in the installation guy if it's Wi-Fi if it's Bluetooth zigbee or Z-Wave

Tuya are often Zigbee.
Why don't you try pairing it with your Hubiitat?

If it is zigbee it doesn't look like it's compatible with hubitat Smart hub unless I have a custom driver.

Says it's compatible with Smart home control Amazon Alexa tuya. Called Amazon since I didn't buy it directly from them no help.

It looks like it's wifi

But my main question is this how do I get it into pairing mode? Instructions suck.

It's proprietary so you would need the tuya hub then connect the tuya hub to alexa. Not worth it in my opinion. I'd look to another solution like blinds.com or ikea

I agree. Adding another hub to get a wifi device connected to Hubitat really works against the whole idea of Hubitat being a local control hub. Zigbee blinds are the way to go.

Agreed. The link looks like it has the Tuya wifi logo.

OP: Check your router for a device you don't recognize...
