I found a motion sensor that claims to work with Hubitat but with little or no additional information.

Do you know if there is a driver for it? i'm reluctant to try another Tuya buy they are small. So maybe worth s try
Depending on what you will receive, it may work with HE stock driver.
If not, this Tuya custom driver supports almost all known Tuya motion sensors.

Thanks, but I'll hold off on this one. I'm trashing 2 Iris V3's and a monoprice motion sensor. I'm going to first try the sonoff.

I have a pair and they work, but sometimes they send out a false activation right after a battery report.
I only use them to maintain activity, not to detect it. I use a different device for detection.
Do you mean the Sonoff or the Tuya PIR sensors?

I would avoid purchasing from these guys,
they are placing their white label on anything that makes some $$ for them..
