My C7 hub seems to be working okay if it's a matter of receiving and executing commands, both scheduled and direct input. However, it is painfully slow to respond on a browser. Pages can take a minute or two to resolve. This is true whether the browser is Google Chrome, or MS Edge and it seems to be true also on the Hubitat android app.
The hub has all the recent updates. Any suggestions?

Is this a new phenomenon, or long standing one? This isn't normal at all, in most cases the pages should render in less than a second.
Any errors or warnings in the Logs tab?
If you go over to App Stats or Device Stats in the logs tab, is there any one device or app that is chewing processing time? I go to the App/Device stats settings and enable all columns to get a better picture of what is going on within stats.
Try changing the Ethernet speed in Settings > Network Setup to Fixed 100mbps.
Nothing unusual in the logs. But I did notice that actions within a given page seem to take place as normal. For instance, if I click on a "drop-down", the appropriate devices will show immediately. Then, if I select a device, the change is instant.
It is when I change pages that things slow down. If I go from "Apps" to "Devices", or from one device to another, etc.

Is there a way to do that on a C-4?
Unlike C5 and C7, the C4 model doesn't suffer from the autonegotiation issue, so it wouldn't have any effect on C4, that's why is not available.

Are there other issues that could cause slow page responses on a C-4? Mine always take around 5-10 seconds to load. Once I have one page loaded, I can often open new tabs which tend to be pretty snappy to respond for a little while, but the issue always returns eventually.
Just adding my experiences to this already solved thread -
Tuning of your HE can be helpful - removing unused drivers and apps, checking cpu loads for things in the logs, minimizing external calls that dig out from the internet like alexa, google etc.
One of my drivers was running rampant and I was oblivious, until I looked at the app stats and stuff and cleaned up heavy items - browser caching (Ajax, client-side stuff) will look snappy but the hub can get slowed -
The issue I've noticed is when on mobile and using chrome, the delay for the keyboard to popup on an input field in device details is slow or delayed. In other apps on my phone, the keyboard popup delay is negligible. Is there any adjustment within the webpage presented to speed up keyboard popup?
