Sinope switch (SW2500ZB)

I am having an issue with a Sinope switch. I can add it to Hubitat but as soon as it is added it seems that the hub "kicks it out". The switch then stops working (no led, no operations from devices, nothing in the logs). I have performed a factory reset multiple times, shutdown the hub and restarted it, turn the breaker off, still it is not working. Contacted Sinope and it seems that they also seen that issue and sinope support thinks it may be an issue with the hub! Any ideas?
