Bloody hell for the life of me I simply cannot get this device to pair again on my C8!
For some reason it disapeared weeks ago so I finally decided to re-add. I've tried factory resetting (push button for about 6 sec untill red light started flashing) then pushing button to turn on (tried that and not tried that... same result). I've done this many times both before/after or during zigbee pairing. I brought my C8 as close as 1 foot away from it, still not found. Am I doing something wrong? If anyone can help I'd very much appreciate it.
Try turning the breaker off and on again. I've had that make a difference before, though not with Sinope devices
Sinope makes Zigbee devices.
Ack!!!! Didn't realize that was a sinope.... Reading comp low today... Thanx.
Trust me... already tried that.
So as an update, I contacted Sinope and they gave me the impression they'll replace it. Let's see what happens over the next day or two. They asked for and I sent the purchase invoice for my unit.
