Single relay - momentary on/off

I've search around but was unable to find the simple answer if one exists. I have a relay I plugged into a GE Smart Switch that I would like to turn on for 2 seconds then off to active my garage door. It's not a Z-wave enabled Garage door opener just a relay I bought and wired to a Smart Switch. I've seen some posts on the virtual switch but it seems like I'm missing something and that it should be simpler. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is the following setting on a virtual switch:

So make a virtual switch and use it to control the door opener.

Or alternatively just add a rule that says when the switch turns on turn it off.
