I can't get past a simple trigger of 4pm? I've just done the latest update.

Evidently, there is a UI bug with 24 hour clock and this selection. We will get it sorted.
This was introduced in 2.2.8.153. If you roll back to 2.2.8.152 it should work. Or, temporarily change your clock over to 12 hour time, setup the trigger, and then change it back.
