I have a simple automation rule that I'm triggering by time. Here is what is going on, The rule will change the state only once. Because after that, I have to hit refresh in order for it to know what state the switch is in. So basically, like this. The switch is On. It turns off at 3:03 and then it should turn on at 3:09 but it wont. Because the Hub still thinks the switch is On. If I hit refresh before it rolls into the next time it works because it corrects the state of the switch.
Actually, it still won't work right. Now it will change the state, but you cannot do it manually because the state is still screwed up. You have to hit refresh. If I go to settings, then Z wave detail, it does say Z Wave Plus in the top right. How else do I tell if this is Z wave Plus? Is that really necessary?
The 0x5E is the cluster that indicates ZWave Plus. Which then means it's going to send the feedback status. Prior to ZWave Plus it was optional and some vendors did, most didn't, send the status. This was due to a Lutron Patent. ZWave Plus sends status in a non patent infringing way, but by then Lutron had allowed it to expire anyway.
