Hubitat Elevation® Platform Version 2.2.6.129
Hardware Version Rev C-5
Inovelli 2-Channel Outdoor Smart Plug NZW97
The NZW97 does not respond to rules created in Simple Automation Rule 1.1. It has two channels: CH1 and CH2. I changed an existing (pre-1.1) rule to turn off Child CH1. I created a new 1.1 rule to turn off Child CH2. They are both set to turn off at specified times SUN-THU. The pre-1.1 rule works correctly, the 1.1 rule never turns off the light on CH2.
I then wrote a new 1.1 rule to turn off CH1 at a specified time and it does not execute.
I can turn on/off CH1 and CH2 manually in the HE Devices panel.
Summary:
Pre-1.1 rule turns off CH1 as expected
1.1 rule does not turn off CH1
1.1 rule does not turn off CH2
I safely shut down the HE, unplugged the electrical and waited 5 minutes. Powered up the hub and then ran Z-Wave Repair. Waited for the specified time to pass for the rules and the 1.1 rules never execute. I have turned on the Enable Logging item in the respective app.
This is the log for CH2. The 1.1 rules were set to go at 21:00 (CH1) and 21:10 (CH2)

The 1.1 rule does not turn off the lights. However, I can run the app manually which does turn them off. The 1.0 rule works corrrectly.
Any help or insight is appreciated.
