Simple announcement at noon

Is there a simple way to just announce the time at noon?

I can create a rule that turns on a switch at noon and a notification that makes the sonos announce the time when that switch turns on..

Is there an easier way to do this?

I don't have a Sonos, but it should work the same exact way:

I don't know how crucial it is that the announcement happens EXACTLY at noon, but I've found that Sonos TTS events can be notoriously laggy.
