Simple Alarm Recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a simple alarm system?
This is for a friend.
No Hubitat integration.

SimpliSafe used to advertise a lot.

This would have to be wireless as well.
Central Station monitoring option.

WiFi connectivity would be enough; no need for mobile network.

Outside keypad, siren, email/text notifications, wireless sensors

Cheap (LOL)

Have had Simplisafe in a small shop we own for about four years and have been pleased with them. Not as cheap as, say, AlarmRelay but that's more for a DIY type person. If the friend just wants an easy to install system that is reliable, Simplisafe is where I'd point them.
