Similar Device to the LFM-20

Does anyone have or know if the NuTone NFS20Z is the same as the LFM-20? They appear to have the same functions and wiring. Looking for a dry contact switch since the ZFM-80 is not available, at least everywhere I have looked. thanks

You reference the LFM-20 and the ZFM-80. Those two are VERY different devices. What exactly are you looking to control?

I was just saying that since the ZFM-80 is not available and since the LFM-20 is listed in the accepted device list then is the NFS20Z the same as the LFM-20.

I would recommend the Qubino 1D Relay, quality device with nice configuration settings and optional temperature sensor, and its Z-Wave Plus, works well with HE...

Oh....sorry, TOTALLY not how I read that. My apologies.

Yeah I need to word it better. I tend to write it as I have it in my head which isn't always the best interpretation.

LOL...I know the feeling very well. No worries. But what exactly are you switching? Is there a reason you went for the LFM-20 as opposed to something smaller? Are you trying to switch like 20 amps or something?

Thanks I will take a look at it.

I saw that one in the list of devices so might be the best choice. thanks

No just the simple control of my garage door openers. A lot of device for such a basic control function. I tried other garage door openers on the market but they go bad after a very short period of time so I am trying to simplify it.

Oh...yeah, then the Qubino 1d is what you should go for then.

The link actually goes to the 1d relay....not the dimmer. All the products are on one page....it's some weird amazon thing. In the list it's "dry contact relay".

Just need to identify the load you're wanting to switch.
Are you switching the low voltage front side of an existing garage door controller or are you wanting to switch the high current back side, the motor ?
I'd NOT recommend using a DIMMER version.

I have an old garage door opener and merely touching the 2 contacts together will make it open/close. I am looking to do a 1 sec. momentary to those contacts, so very simple. The motors on the garage door openers are controlled by the ZEN15 by Zooz.

Sweet, as @Ryan780, says - look for dry contact Relay type.
