Shelly wave PM2 third switch sub device

I just installed my first Shelly wave PM2 and selected the built in driver called Shelly Wave PM2. It worked fine other than it took forever for it to be added as a devicw after I scanned the QR code.

But after a while it added a third sub device, that doesnt seem todo anything, its a 2 channel switch.

Any idea what that third switch is and how to get rid of it? tried to remove it but it came back a second later.

Under event for this ghost sub device i can see it gets the power status updates for both Switch 1 and 2

Hi,
I have the Wave Dimmer 2PM and it seems the build in switch drivers for both have similar issues. For the dimmer 6 switches are created whilst it should be two switches and four button devices, and the preferences are all wrong. I am guessing your third switch should probably also be a button device and not show any power status.
I am working on my own driver for the Dimmer 2PM, but it is not finished yet.

Yeah there is no third switch on this 2PM switch which have two switches :slight_smile:

I use your Wave Plug S driver wich works perfect. Maybe you get around doing a 2PM driver? :slight_smile:

Button device? Loke a third switch input? It only has s1 and s2 switches that control O1 and 02 relays

I can maybe strip down the Dimmer device driver to the switch one.

In Hubitat device therms O1 and O2 are switches and S1-S4 are push buttons not doing much in normal mode, but scene controllers when in detached mode.
