I'm trying to add a Shelly Wave 1 Z-Wave relay (NOT the WIFI version) to my Habitat C8. There is A LOT of conflicting information on how to do this. (at least it looks conflicting to me). Can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this?

Are you trying to get the Shelly added (inclusion-related questions), or is it already added and you have questions about its setup options?
Can you link to whatever guidance you're looking at that seems conflicting?
Yes, trying to get the shelly added (Inclusion) and not having any success. I do have other z-wave devices running so I think my hub is OK.
I found this about adding it with a virtual device, but I don't understand how this could work b/c my hubitat doesn't see it.
Shelly just recently got into the z-wave arena (they bought Qubino), so a lot of older Shelly posts (such as the one you linked) are about trying to integrate their wifi devices since wifi is the protocol Shelly has historically been associated with.
I don't have any personal experience with any Shelly products, but they seem like a solid company (as was Qubino overall), so I'd expect their stuff to be good.
First, join the Hub Owners group here in the community -- then you'll be able to post screenshots.
Next, go to your hub "Settings" page and then to the "Z-Wave Details" page -- take a screenshot of that whole page (may need multiple screenshots if you have a lot of z-wave devices), and post the shots here. Then fellow community members can help confirm if you have any z-wave ghosts.
Getting rid of any ghosts will be key -- that may be why you are having inclusion issues now.
Once we confirm ghosts aren't present (or are successfully removed), then we can go back to getting the Shelly included.
