Shelly 2.5 as a roller/shutter DRIVER

I need your help please ,the roller is not working on my dashboard ,while its working normal from the device list page as on/of/open/close,
i choose the Shade Tile for dashboard but still cannot control it ..

if the ip is correct it should work.
Maybe try to do a calibration on the shelly app itself to determine 0% and 100%
Other than that i have no idea.
