Sharptools - 'error sending command'

I have 15+ devices attached to the hub now, but I can only control one Fibaro dimmer from the Sharptools side. they (all but one) report 'error sending command' all devices are available to add on the dashboard, and all work in through the hub.

Any ideas would be really appreciated, coming from ST with no physical switching on 10+ loads really hurts the wife acceptance percentage!

Thanks for posting and sorry that things aren't working as expected.

Can you send me a PM with the email address you are using on SharpTools.io?

What type of devices are these that aren't working? Have you tried reauthorizing your devices from 'Manage Connections' on your user profile page?
