SharpTools Dashboard No Longer Working After Migrating to C-8 Hub

I just updated to new C-8 hub, migrating everything from my old C-7 hub to the c-8 hub, following the migration instructions. I disable all my LAN/Cloud apps and then after successful migration I reenabled them. The issue is that now my SharpTools dashboards no longer work, I keep getting "error sending command" messages in SharpTools.

I went in to the SharpTools app in Hubitat and re-clicked on all the "Update" and "Done" buttons to try to reset the connection to the new hub. No luck.

I also went into my SharpTools account and "connected" the new hub. No Luck. I currently have both hubs "connected" to my SharpTools account and can't disconnect the old hub ( I have an email in to SharpTools support on this).

I really don't want to delete all my dashboards and rebuild everything. Has anyone dealt with this issue and successfully reconnected their SharpTools dashboards?

Do I need to create a new access token for this new hub? I don't recall how I did that when I first everything up with SharpTools a long time ago.

Thanks Josh. I just sent SharpTools Support an email with my hub info and request for access to the SharpTools migration tool. If I get access to that soon, I'll report back my progress.

Hi Josh,

The SharpTools migration tools seems to have worked! I have one or two minor clean up items but so far I am happy with the migration. Thanks for the speedy response.
