Hello. I came home one day and could not log on to web then app stopped working. Attempted to reset up based on setup instructions here rest hub network via pin hole on back. Going through setup it get hung up once it bounces over to the web ip address. I cannot get this to connect. I’m connecting via a deco mesh. Iv deleted everything associate with hubitat thinking this would start fresh. I’m stuck and cannot get the hub to connect any help would be appreciated.
What hub model and what platform?
Wifi or ethernet?
Connecting via mesh node or the main router?
I would plug the hub ethernet into the main deco router and try it from there.

Ok, so you cannot get it to connect to what?
It sounds like you were able to access the web interface? Or no?
Which version of the hub firmware?
Setting up utilizing the step by step I’m at the point where hub is identified. To going to connect via ip address on web interface and it just hangs up. I cannot do anything to get the hub to connect utilizing the ip address. And nothing shows anymore in the app
Use your router or this app: Angry IP Scanner - Download for Windows, Mac or Linux
To verify the IP of the hub on the network. It is possible the setup portal has discovered an incorrect or old IP for some reason.
Then try and reach the main UI first, if that is not working then try the diagnostic tool on port 8081
