Setting up as a developer to put apps into HPM - how to get id

I'm trying for the first time to set up my apps to install using HPM. I have most of it figured out but I can't find how to get the "id" field and the "namespace" field in the manifest file. Where do they come from?

There are instructions on the main HPM site in the developers section on how to generate them. Or just use @thebearmayโ€™s app to generate the idโ€™s:

Re manifest I use my personal for a few drivers but posted my GCal app to the HubitatCommunity repository and so my namespace matches that repository where itโ€™s located.

Ah so itโ€™s just a random uuid. Thanks

has been working fine for me on my Mac Mini. (Ventura)

You used this tarball: ?

There isn't anything wrong with the tarball. The issue is I am traveling and trying to use my work laptop which is set up to disallow using any app downloaded from the Internet, so the issue is just a quirk of my setup. I'm sure once I get home it would work from my personal mac. But since I'm gone for a week I wanted to get it going. I think I got it set up and submitted correctly using a manual approach.

You did.

Every 20 mins a scan of the full repository is run, gathering the data used by Fast Search in HPM. The DB created from such a scan is also used to display a web page. HousePanel is kinda sparse but has lots of similar, sparse company
