Set parameters in Qubino 2 Relay

I am using a Qubino 2 Relay with my Autoslide sliding door opener so that I can open my sliding door via ZWave. I have the relay set to momentary, automatically changing to OFF in 2 seconds after receiving an ON. There are a bunch of parameters for the relay including changing the delay timing to milliseconds, rather than seconds. The one I need to change is parameter 15. Its currently a 0; I need to change it to a 1. But I don't see any place in the Hubitat device preferences, or anywhere else to do that. Any suggestions on how I change that Qubino parameter?

Temporarily change to the basic z-wave driver, make the change, and then change back.
