Server so slow. Cannot download C7 update

Ive tried many times to download the C7 upgrade. Always fails after 10 minutes downloading.
Never had this issue before.
Anyone else?

Are you sure it is the server?

How is your hub connected, ethernet or Wifi?

How do you have your network settings set in Hubitat?

Try the Diagnostic Menu:

See if the download works from there any better. Then use the Restore previous to boot to the downloaded version.

I had the same problem, the download was extremely slow and failed twice, it took 3 attempts to update the hub and a lot of time.

Downloaded from the diagnostic menu worked. Thanks for the advice.

Today I had the same problem:
Usually the update takes only a few minutes, but today: "download failed"! :cry:

The download of the latest version via "Diagnostic Tool" took more than 40 Minutes!
"Restore previous version" than saved my day. :man_shrugging:

BTW: I also checked my internet connection and the router: Everything in perfect condition!

I've seen this happen if Ethernet speed negotiation between hub and router goes haywire. There is a way to switch it between auto negotiation and fixed speeds in Settings - Network setup - Ethernet speed.
