Server error on C-8

When trying to log into my Hubitat C-8 today I'm receiving a 500 Server Error on all pages I try to go to. I've tried to manually browse to device update or info pages but these result in an error as well.

What should I try next to troubleshoot & fix the issue?

I would recommend a soft reset. This basically resets the database that stores all your configurations and then you restore a recent backup. Your radio databases that contain your paired Zigbee and Zwave devices remains untouched.

What is the message hiding in the upper right corner?

Unfortunately I already did the soft reset. I believe it was the latest firmware update.

I'm going through the first-power-on firmware update and config restore now; I'll post back when I'm through those!

The restore from cloud backup worked great! I appreciate being pushed to the "soft reset" instructions again - I forgot there was a diagnostic portal on port 8081 that has the reset capabilities.

Thanks again!

Just FYI, it is best to restore from the local backup (not cloud) as that is usually most recent. Also the radio data contained in the cloud backup (if you select those) is not needed after a soft reset and sometimes trying to restore it can cause more issues.

The cloud backup is only intended for if there is a hub failure and you replace it, or you upgrade and need to migrate to a new hub.
