Sensing signals from Homelink

I have a garage door opener that has a bad radio, so the button in the car no longer works to open the door. The door can be opened by getting out my phone, bringing up a Hubitat dashboard, and pushing a button on the dashboard. It would be much more convenient to just push one of the Homelink buttons on the visor. Is there a way to receive the rf signal from Homelink and get that into Hubitat? If I could do that, I would probably think of things to do in response to the other two Homelink buttons.

I looked into this a while back. From memory, the only thing I could find that would possibly work was a MyQ lamp outlet with something like a relay and contact sensor.

I determined at the time I was researching this that it was easier to just use a Pico Remote, or my phone with my existing devices. Maybe that situation has changed?

I know what you mean though, I have cars with 2 empty buttons just sitting there. It bugs me a bit that I can't use them...

This happened to me a couple years ago. There are people who use the HomeLink buttons to send X10-compatible signals, which they then pull into their home automation setup. Here's a couple examples:

But I didn't do either - a new control board for my garage door opener was about $50, and took all of 10 minutes to install. The previous one lasted a good 15 years, so I hope the new one will also!
