Sensative Strips show "open" when closed

I have three Sensative strips on doors. The first two work as expected, and have been for several months. I just added the third one and it seems to work, except that the OPEN and CLOSE messages are reversed. IOW, when the door opens, the sensor reports closed, and when the door is closed, it reports open.

Here's a snip of the log:

In this case, the door was in a closed state, then opened and closed.

I'm using the default ZWave contact sensor, as are the other, correctly-operating strips.
