I have a ZigBee Sengled bulb that became lost in the Echo Skills, Multiple attempts to readd it have failed, Alexa began responding with No device message, hub has been rebooted several times. Suggestions of how to restore this bulb to Alexa as a device would be appreciated.

Have you confirmed the bulb is responding in Hubitat to commands by pressing the buttons on the driver commands page? Can you see it as a device on the Alexa App? (I assume no if you are getting "no device")
If it seems to be working fine in Hubitat, and Alexa really lost it, maybe try toggling the device to disabled and then back to enabled on the Devices list page.
You could remove the Alexa app from Hubitat and the Hubitat Skill from Alexa, then add the App back and then the skill back. Then add your devices to share again. Or try just one or the other to start. I did that once when I had an Alexa issue and it fixed my problem.
You can also delete the bulb, reset it, then add it again as a new device to see if Alexa sees it again as a new device.
