Sengled Support is AWOL?

I have a few Sengled bulbs that need to get swapped out. One I've replaced with a spare; one isn't a form-factor that I have spares of. However, whenever I try to call, it says their staff are "updating operations" and they're not accepting incoming calls; instead, they're "accepting call reservations through their ticketing system."

Only problem is, I've sent multiple e-mails over the course of two weeks to their ZenDesk account and gotten no reply (except the autoresponse that reminds you to make sure you included the model number). Anyone else had any sign of life from Sengled?

I even don't know how I can help here :smiling_face_with_tear:

If you decide to go with another bulb all together, I can HIGHLY recommend Innr. I replaced all of my Sengled with them a couple years ago and have been very happy with them. No issues whatsoever.

Thanks for the recommendation, but I don't want to do wholesale swaps at this point; the bulbs were just purchased a few months ago and put in a few weeks ago.

Any luck getting any information about Sengled support going missing or not from Reddit?

Reply on Twitter asked me to forward all the emails to a different address, and they'd ensure it got follow-up. But that since it's a holiday weekend, it still might not be until next week.
