Has anyone had any experience with this device?
I'm looking for functionality with HE and does it cover the 2nd outlet in a duplex receptacle?

I have a few of these. Never had any problems with them. I believe if you put them in the top receptacle the bottom one is still available. I don't have one handy to look at right now. I use these in seasonal and temporary spots as they do not repeat zigbee signals so they won't mess with the mesh if you move them around.
