Using the above driver causes multiple log entries - I assume commands being sent to the bulb. Visually the bulb ramps up to its defined level as opposed to the expected result of simply turning on at that level.
When pre-stage is disabled, there is still entry in the log showing 1% then the 35% it is set to.
In this image - I manually issue an On command to 3 different bulbs. Each states 'On' then '1%' then '35%'. Regardless of the state of the 'pre-stage' switch, I get the same result.
