I have a sengled element bulb in a light fixture. When the light is turned on via the switch on the wall it turns on and then immediately turns off.
In the hubitat C7 logs I just see it turning on and then off. I can then turn it back on either by flipping the switch off and on again or via the hubitat.
I tried replacing the bulb but the replacement does the same thing. If I remove the bulb from the hubitat and factory reset it, it also functions properly.

What Hubitat device driver "Type" is being used for the bulb? I believe in the latest release, Hubitat added a setting to allow the bulb to be set to Off after a power outage occurs. Maybe this would explain what you're seeing?
This setting is found in the 'Advanced Zigbee RGBW Bulb' driver, as shown below.
The type is "Sengled Element Classic." That option doesn't seem to exist for this device type.
I thought I read that it does (maybe not user selectable). Try changing to the Sengled Element Classic (legacy)

Changing to "Sengled Element Classic (legacy)" worked! Thanks!

I had the exact same issue, changing to the legacy driver fixed it for me as well. Is this a bug with the current driver then?
No. Itβs meant to turn the light back off after a power outage.
I wish that behavior was selectable. A setting in the driver would be handy instead of having to change to the legacy driver.
