Sengled Edison Pairing

I'm not able to add the Sengled Edison Bulb. I've tried factory reset several times now. I'm not sure how to proceed. Any advice?

Platform version: 2.3.9.201

How I added my Sengled Edison Bulb.
After the factory reset turn the bulb off
Place Hubitat into Zigbee Pairing mode
Power on the Bulb.
If it still won't pair, update the thread with your trouble shooting methods and results.

Have you tried any of the Zigbee pairing options like "Avoid 3.0 repeaters" or "pair with keys in the clear" or whatever those exact names are?

What channel is the Zigbee radio set to, and what power level?

Are you trying to pair this bulb far from the hub, or near the hub? About how far away is this bulb from the hub?

Have you been successful pairing other Zigbee devices?

  • I don't have advanced pairing options available to me (I assume this is because of the model of Hubitat I own?)
  • Zigbee is set to channel 20
  • The bulb slightly closer to another Sengled bulb that I successfully paired many, many moons ago
  • Yes. I have several Sengled bulbs paired to my hub
  • Interestingly, when pulling up the Zigbee Network Graph just now, a device labeled 0000 popped up. I'm not sure what it is.

I purchased a four pack of bulbs:

  • I tried different bulbs.
  • I tried moving the bulb closer to the hub.

Thank you

I just looked at the package and it says WiFi, not Zigbee. I think I accidentally ordered the wrong bulbs.

I know you said you accidentally bought the wifi ones, but for the future, just to clarify

All hubs have it...

Recommend 25 if you start to have problems.

Sengled bulbs don't repeat. So that doesn't matter...

That may be the ghost of something that used to be there. Doesn't affect anything.

I thought of that so I went to Sengled dot com and did not find the Edison bulb type for WiFi. Because of that I didn't mention to check. There were other bulbs for zigbee, bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
