I have purchased 3 Sengled E1M-G7H devices. These are supposed to be motion sensors. One of them paired successfully as a motion sensor. The other two refuse to properly pair and instead Hubitat is only exposing battery/contact with the generic drivers instead of motion.
I have tried changing type to just Device and then back but it doesn't work. The detector that works type is Generic Zigbee Motion Detector (no temp)
Can we get a proper motion-sensor fingerprint/driver for this model?
Please assign the HE inbuilt 'Device' driver. Next, wake up the sensor by pressing the pairing button briefly. After that, click on the 'Get Info' button. You should see the device fingerprint in the live logs. Please post these logs for all three devices.
What comes to mind is to double-check the drivers (the device type) used by the working and non-working devices.
- Make sure the non-working devices are using the same driver as the one that works correctly.
- Re-pair the non-working devices to your hub at a very close distance (without deleting them — just pair them again).
