I am really new to Hubitat, I have the Elevation C7. I recently purchased a 4 pack Sengled E11-N1EA lightbulb. I've been able to discover the device on Hubitat, but I can't do anything with it. If I click 'off' it doesn't turn off and the status remains 'on' Do I need to do anything else after the device is discovered/paired with Hubitat to get it to function properly? Thank you!
Normally a good practice to click on the Configure button is one is available.
It does have a 'Configure' button, I click on that and nothing happens. This really could be user-error, I don't know much about what I'm doing, but I did get a light switch to work with on-off and a basic rule. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for your help!
What device driver did it pair with? (Listed as Type down in the Device Information section down near the bottom.)

At first I left it as "Sengled Element Color Plus" but I also tried "Advanced Zigbee RGBW Bulb" and still nothing on either.
