I was having a real problem with this sensor and these bulbs and a simple automation. Every time it turned off the bulbs, 20-25 second later it turned them back on. Took me a while to figure it out. I am using a C-8pro and the zigbee versions of bulbs and sensor.
In the bulb setup, under preferences, there is a command switch to "enable command retry logic." For each bulb, it was switched on. Turn that off and the bulbs STAY OFF when the device detects no presence or movement.
