They will only work if you use the Sengled app and the bulbs are close enough to directly connect to your phone with Bluetooth. Or if Sengled makes a Bluetooth to wifi bridge device you could connect to the bulbs without being physically nearby, but would still need to use the Sengled app.

That's actually not correct, the ones I have can pair with Alexa via bluetooth, that is what they call the "Bluetooth Mesh". So if you use Alexa they can be voice controlled and sort of integrated back to Hubitat with a bit of work but its not worth it unless you happen to get them free.
