My in-laws clearly stated the swim spa and shed were excluded in their home listing several years ago when the market wasn't as hot as it is now. The buyer came back wanting the home discounted after the initial offer was accepted which wasn't worth relisting and waiting. Unfortunately those items were big enough that moving before listing the home wasn't feasible.
