Selling house with my C7 included

I am selling my house and the buyer would like to keep my C7 Hubitat Hub and all the Z-Wave smart switches throughout the house. Is there a process to transfer ownership of this hub over to the new buyer? Or do I hard reset the hub and let him worry about pairing all the switches back to this hub?

Should be able to create a second admin account for them, and then delete yours. @bobbyD

I’m in the process of selling my home and I have a bunch of zigbre and zwave smart switches and the buyers want to keep the Hubitat hub. Is there an easy way that I can remove my account info from the hub, but still leave it connected to all the devices? Or should I just reset the hub and let them set back up all the devices.
