When arming the system, Iris will notify if a contact sensor is not closed, and you have the option to disregard that sensor and continue arming the system. This is also achieved by pressing the arming button twice on the keypad. Does Hubitat operate in a similar manner?

It can be made to. The way you do this right now (subject to ongoing development of HSM), is that you don't use HSM to give you the warning about an open sensor. Instead, you use a Rule Machine rule that is fired by the HSM arm event to warn about the open sensor. HSM would go ahead an arm. To get fancy with pushing the button twice might be possible, but would take some cleverness. This is not currently a feature.

@bravenel can i request that this features is introduce to HSM?
To check if a determine defines state of a sensor is set before setting the HSM mode.

Ideally introduce in addition a delay feature to Arm as well.

We plan to add a bypass feature.
