Hi All, Wink refuge here. Thanks so very much for all of the contributions specifically around Z-Wave vs Zigbee locks. Have had a rough time with my Schlage ZWave lock, so decided to buy the equivalent Zigbee version - BE468. Pairing was crazy easy compared to Z-Wave and it's locking and unlocking great from Hubitat. The only problem I am seeing is it is not reporting manual locks and unlocks. Essentially the lock state is wrong if I either turn the lock or use the keypad to unlock it. I have enable debug logging on for the lock and nothing shows up in the live logs when I lock and unlock. If I click Refresh it then reports it correctly. Any hints or tips around this? I didn't find much when searching. Wondering if this lock is going back in favor of a Yale or Kwikset.
Of course, all I had to do was post the question and it started working.
Also, hitting CONFIGURE on the device details page, while usually unnecessary unless you changed to a new driver, can sometimes help.
Thanks, I just realized I had done that and I added a new lock code through Hubitat using Set Code. I can only assume one of those made the difference.
Good deal. As long as it stays working (which it should!) you are cooking.
Use the built in Lock Code Manager app to add/remove lock codes. It makes life so much easier.
Thanks! I started looking at that last night, and will definitely stick with it.

Mine was inconsistent the first few day or two after installation, but has been very reliable the last 6 or so weeks.
