I have a Schlage 469 Lock. The dashboard item to determine it's status or control the lock has a big "?" and doesn't provide anything. Lock is properly paired, I can control the device, add codes and lock/unlock from the device menu. The dashboard seems to be the problem.
I also created a virtual lock and dashboard didn't work there either.
Any experiences?
If your dash has a ? it is likely the wrong template type. Double check you have "Lock" as the template type.
