I have a Schlage lock and it functions for the basic lock unlock but when I try to set a code it gives me this error

What model lock do you have?

BE469 model
That one is just a deadbolt correct? Are you using the Built in Zwave Lock driver?
I have the same lock… It has a different fingerprint than the other ones so it wasn’t fully initializing for me. The fix should be in the next update.
Also I found that removing the battery cable between pairing seemed to make it work faster too.

I got one of my Schlage BE469 locks moved from ST to Hubitat. It seems to have basic functions, lock and unlock, and reporting. I’m not having any luck with setting, checking, getting lock codes.
Are there instruction somewhere for programming codes into the lock?

I am having a similar issue with a Kwikset lock. I am trying to set a code and I just keep getting an error. I have a quickset deadbolts 910. Does anyone know if there is anything special you need to do when setting codes to get it to work?
I have 3 910s, setCode in the driver.
SlotNumber: 1 to 30 I think
Code: 4 char pin code numbers only
Name: name of code user
