My lock has worked well in the past, but recently been noticing that I can't send commands to the lock through HE, web interface or app. Couple months ago I did add 2 new zwave outlets, and the routing possibly might have changed, but when I view the topography, it shows the lock is still routing directly to HE.
Any ideas?
