Schlage Connect lock self factory reset

I do not mean to imply direct causation here, but last night we applied update 2.3.6.136 to our C-7 hub, and this morning one of our Schlage Connect Locks had factory reset itself. (not the same lock from my post here)

The hub shows the lock as not responding, and the 2 factory codes are now back as the only working ones. When nothing else worked and I resorted to trying one, the lock performed it's whole initiation / calibration motor sequence like it was brand new. Hence my conclusion.

Has such an event happened to others? It's a somewhat hard thing to search for.
Thanks!
Al

Strange. An update could not cause that.... I can't say what did, but I can pretty confidently say there is no way for the hub to cause that. Now the radio can be corrupt during an update and you won't see anything properly in z-wave details and things will not be controlled properly until you shut down the hub, unplug for a few minutes to clear the radio and power back up.
