Schlage BE469ZP Not Enrolling

I am migrating from an old Vera Plus to the Hubitat C8 Pro. I have successfully enrolled about 50 devices. But my 2 Schlage locks (1 BE469ZP, 1 BE469) which worked well in the Vera network and have been unpaired from that network will not enroll in the Hubitat. I have tried all the tweaks and tricks that this forum and the internet can provide, but nothing works. They will not exclude nor include with the hubitat. I noticed in this forum that many users have successfully enrolled these locks in hubitat and and state that they work well with this hub. Is there anybody with experience with these locks who can help me? Thank you so much.

Hopefully you've also noticed at least a few saying they don't, because that seems to be the case for some people, too  (and is the reason you won't find them on the official list). That being said, Z-Wave inclusion usually isn't one of those problems, so hopefully you can figure something out!

It might be helpful to state what you have tried specifically, but bringing the locks very close to your hub (or the hub very close to the locks, probably easy on a C-8 Pro if you temporarily enable Wi-Fi and then revert to Ethernet, making sure to do so from Network Settings) may help. With the older Schlage locks, some have found this necessary or helpful for specific older secure devices, despite general Z-Wave advice usually being to do everything in-place.

I have two of these (can't remember which ended up where or was booted to test newer locks...) and didn't have any any hub model I tried dating back to the original C-3 (and I have/had them all  ), aside from needing to do this on one of them (the 468, maybe?). Hopefully you can figure something out, too!

In addition to what @bertabcd1234 about pairing the locks next to the hub, prior to doing so do a full factory reset on the locks, not just an exclusion. Make sure both locks have firmware 7.10 or above. Also before you pair them, make sure you don’t have any ghosts in your z-wave table (post that in it’s entirety and we can check for you. Use windows snip).
