Schlage BE469 unresponsive

Please forgive the very basic questions as I am very new to all of this. I purchased and added a Z-wave BE469 lock about 6 weeks ago, it paired immediately and has worked flawlessly since that time. This morning it seems to have dropped off the network and any attempt to get is working (I have tried rebooting my Hub, which some say worked for them). I have no Z-Wave repeaters in place, but since it worked for so long I assumed I did not need them. in my Z-Wave details page the lock shows as PENDING, so I assume that means it cannot be reached by the hub.

Curious on what I should do next...re-pair it and hope for the best? Buy a Z-Wave repeater? Factory reset the lock and start all over? my Hub is on the second floor and my lock is about 10 metres away.

Did you try disconnecting the batteries? Just disconnect for 30 seconds, also if the lock looses connection it will drain the battery quickly. So you might also try replacing batteries.

Ok...That worked! Not sure why I did not think of rebooting the lock.

and yep...battery went from 98% yesterday to 80% this morning.

This could indicate that the lock is in high power mode. Check the lock manual on how to fix this.
