When on 2.3.3 I had automatic backup set to every three days and it worked fine. Since upgrading to 2.3.4 it has failed. Tried to increase it to daily, but still no luck.
When using the manual "create and download" button it outputs a "backupDB_fileName=latest" file that reads "backup file not found". Yet I can still manually download the backup when using the "download backup file" under the "actions" column.
I had this issue pop up after an earlier update. I rebooted the hub, and it started working. If you have already tried that, I am at a loss as it only happened the once and the reboot cleared it.
I had it happen once too but then either a reboot or something got it going. We should somehow get a warning if it didn't backup. It's a little concerning to not know for sure if you are getting the backup you think you are.
Thanks for your replies. I should have mentioned it, but my hub has had plenty of reboots - for every minor version update as well as few extra. Unfortunately doesn't make a difference.
