Well, yes, but user awareness helps! I know from long experience that if I update the hub while a Motion Lighting turn off is pending, one for a minute or two, odds are pretty good those lights won't turn off. On the other hand, scheduled events for outside that 3 minute window are still scheduled.
Imo, trying to chase startup events into complex things is a waste of time. I set the mode, and that's all. But, to each their own.
So this thread topic is misleading. These scheduling issues at reboot apply across the entire platform, with nothing special about Predicate rules at all.
