Schedule not working

None of my scheduled events, rules, etc are working. After first noting that scheduled simple/basic rules were working I then noticed that anything that is scheduled is not working.
I found this in the hub events log:

Since I thought the problem was only with my automation rules...

I would try a reboot with database rebuild.
If you're unsure, this is under advanced settings when you hit the reboot button.

I already tried the database rebuild option - same error in the log at startup...

Try restoring an older database.

I'll give that a try. I see now that my weekly scheduled backups stopped after 1-17-2026.
