Scenes - generally and with Lutron and Philips Hue Bridges

I just got my hub yesterday and am starting to get everything set up. So far, so good. I have some comments/questions on scenes.

1. General scene functionality request first - it would be have some sort of explicit Scene definition functionality with a top-level grouping, similar to the new-ish ST Scenes functionality. Mostly for re-use in different automations. I think this can be simulated using some button apps, but this isn't as straightforward or as easily discoverable.

2. I'm using my Caseta dimmers and Picos on Hubitat. No problems. This is just a note for people looking to use the native SmartBridge Pro scenes in Hubitat. To access the scenes in Hubitat set up the bridge as a Keypad device. The Lutron Integrator entry would be "k,1,Caseta Scenes". Each scene has a number that is entered into the Keypad.

3. It would be nice to get Hubitat access to the Hue scenes stored on the Hue bridge. It doesn't now. Not sure of the difficulty of implementation. Note that the bridge scenes do get pushed to Alexa in the native Hue-Alexa app.
